Compelling photographs come from inspiration. Of course, it does help to have good, reliable equipment, but ultimately it's the photographer's eye, patience and skill that make an image, not the tools.

Cameras don't take pictures, photographers do.  A great photo is just that - a great photo - no matter what equipment was used to create it.

I've had wonderful pictures come from my 1MP Fuji camera, and awful ones from my professional digital SLR.  Sometimes, timing really is everything!

What do you need in a photographer?  I've done a bit of everything...weddings, both indoor and outdoor; birthday parties; corporate events; nature photos; portraits...I love photography too much to limit myself to one type.

I also love post-production of photos - cropping, B&W and Sepia toning, special effects...and I have wonderful software to make it all possible.
